We hope to see you up here in our beautiful mountains!
Welcome to our cabin.
Choosing to spend time in a mountain hut requires a different frame of mind.
Here, there are no private or reserved rooms: you will spend the night in a dormitory, share your meal in a common dining room and share the restrooms with other patrons.
This community living will allow you to share your experiences with other hikers and form new friendships.
Upon arrival, you will be greeted by the warden or a member of his team. Any of us will be more than happy to answer any questions you may have.
Meals are rather simple since the kitchen is small and city convenience is far away. All merchandise is brought up by helicopter at the beginning of the season.
This place is isolated and often the weather is rough. Water is not readily available and will need to be used sparingly. During the winter, water is available only for cooking and hot drinks.
Electricity, provided by solar energy, needs to be used sparingly as well.
By coming to our hut, you have chosen to live and discover our region from the inside. The warden and his team know the treasures that surround this area very well and would be happy to share them with you.
Thanks for choosing us and have a pleasant visit
